Do I have to pay for the return?
Yumi understands that sometimes things don't work out, and it wants to make it easy for you to return your purchases using the Promo Code and Coupons. If you're unhappy with your order using the Coupon or if the Yumi product is damaged in any way, please contact the merchant within 30 days of receiving your order. Yumi will be happy to arrange a return for you and issue a credit for the item(s) returned. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions about the refund policy, please don't hesitate to reach out on yumi.co.uk!
How can I redeem the coupon code from Yumi?
Shop online at Yumi and add items to your shopping bag. Simply copy the code to your clipboard and paste it into the entry field during checkout on the yumi.co.uk to redeem a Promo Code. Enter your Coupon Code in this field and click "Apply" to add it to your order under the 'Have a Code' section. You can only use one Coupon per order. To confirm your order and your savings, click "Proceed To Checkout." Look for a message confirming that your discount has been successfully confirmed.

You can sign up for an account on Yumi by email. Just go to the website and click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the page. Then, enter your email address and select how you'd like us to contact you (i.e., via email). You'll receive an email with a link to confirm that you want to create an account, but once you click it, your account will be created! After registering, you will be able to explore all Yumi products using our most recent Coupon and apply the Coupons & Discount Code to receive up to 10% OFF for the month of June.
Can I apply more than one voucher to an order at Yumi?
We're sorry to say that you can't apply for more than one voucher to order at Yumi. Our goal is to make sure that every voucher gets used, so we are unable to issue more than one Coupon per person.
